    Y.Bhg. Dato' Hj Hamsan is appointed as Chairman of MSC Cyberport Sdn Bhd on 15th July 2011. He holds a Degree in Economics with Distinction from University of Malaya.
    He is the Chief Executive Officer of YPJ Holdings Sdn Bhd since 5th December 2011. He was formerly the Director of Johor State Economic Planning Unit. He also holds directorship in several private limited companies.

    Tuan Haji Md. Salikon Bin Sarpin holds a Degree in Economy from the University of Malaya, (1977) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Yokohama National University, Japan (1981).
    He held key management positions in several multinational manufacturing corporations (1981-1999) of Japanese, European and American origin namely Mitsubishi Gas & Chemical, Pioneer, Philips and Motorola in the project management, human resource, total quality management (TQM), public and government relations and marketing departments.
    His last position was as an Executive Director for Pioneer Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, Muar, Johor.
    In the 1999 general election subsequent to him winning a seat as an UMNO candidate in his hometown of Sg Balang, he was appointed as the Johor State Exco responsible for the Industrial, Entrepreneur, Small & Medium Scale Industries, Science & Technology Developments portfolio as Chairman of the state committees. He held this position until 2004.
    He is also a Founder Director/ Chairman of Cyberport Holdings Sdn Bhd, Director of Pioneer Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, President of the Iskandar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and President of the Johor Judo Association

    Ganesh Kumar Bangah is the Group Chief Executive Officer of MOL Global. In this capacity he leads and is the Chief Executive Officer of the two wholly owned subsidiaries of MOL Global, namely MOL AccessPortal Berhad (Money Online), a global online payment service provider and Friendster Inc. (Friendster), the world's pioneer social network. He co-founded and built Money Online from scratch to become one of the biggest online payment service providers in Asia with annual revenue of over USD100Million. Money Online today has over 500,000 physical payment channels across 75 countries worldwide and handles over 5,000,000 transactions a month.
    In January 2010, Ganesh led MOL Global in the acquisition of 100% of Friendster Inc., a leading global online social network with more than 115 million members worldwide. Friendster registered a growing library of patents, some of which are the earliest and most valuable patents for social networking globally. MOL Global today is one of South East Asia's biggest internet companies both in terms of revenue and member base, combining the huge member base of Friendster with the content and monetization capability of Money Online.
    Ganesh has been recognized as a Key Industry Leader by the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM); is a PIKOM Councillor, Chairman of the Export Promotion Committee of PIKOM and Chairman of the PIKOM Southern Chapter. Ganesh also conceptualized and developed MSC Cyberport, a public private partnership spearheaded by the State Government of Johor to expand the Malaysian government's flagship IT initiative, MSC Malaysia to Iskandar Malaysia in Southern Malaysia.
    Ganesh was certified by the Malaysia Book of Records as the youngest Chief Executive Officer of a public listed company in Malaysia when he listed MOL AccessPortal Berhad on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia at the age of 23. Ganesh was also a top nominee for the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year - Malaysia 2004 & 2007 awards, Winner of the JCI 2009 Creative Young Entrepreneur Award, Recipient of the Technopreneur Excellence Award at the PIKOM ICT Leadership Awards 2009, Recipient of the Young Indian Entrepreneur Award 2009 and is acknowledged by Society Magazine 2004 as one of the 100 people you must know in Asia..

    Ramlee Bin Jaafar is the Chief Technical Officer of the Company. Subsequent to graduating with a Diploma in Animal Science from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, he started his career as credit officer in Bank Pertanian Malaysia.
    He subsequently ventured into the information technology industry in 1986 and held positions in several information technology companies which include Olivetti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Era 2000 Sdn Bhd. In 1995, he formed one of the first internet companies in Malaysia, Cyberfield Sdn Bhd.
    He led Cyberfield Sdn Bhd in several major system integration, e-solutions and web-based development project including the development of state government websites, automotive manufacturing automation systems, wide area network implementations and e-government systems.
    He brings to the Company his experience and knowledge of system design and project management. Ramlee Bin Jaafar is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company

    She holds a Degree in Electronics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, UK (1979) and a Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management (1985)
    She started her career as a production engineer in Hewlett Packard (M) Sdn Bhd in 1979 and was promoted to production/operation manager position where she is responsible for both the production and technical staff.
    Her last position was as a human resource planning manager which she assumed in 1994 and responsible for the recruitment of the company wide direct labour and technical staff.
    Subsequently due to family commitments and priorities, she took a career break before venturing as a business entrepreneur in the Biomedical and IT sectors in 2004.
    She is also a Founder Director of Cyberport Holdings Sdn Bhd, Committee Member of Iskandar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Board Member of Pusat Perlindungan Sinar Juita Johor ,a centre for the protection of abused women and children in the state and IT Project Co-ordinator for the Johor State Assemblymen Wives Association.

    Datuk Md Othman Bin Haji Yusof, is a businessman with over 26 years of experience in various types of businesses.
    In 2008, he was elected as the Assemblyman for Kukup, Tanjung Piai. During his term of service, he had contributed enormously to improve the well being of the people within his constituency. In order to help the people of Johor, he decided to focus his time and energy towards building and expanding business of Johor Government-Linked Companies, which is his forte. That resulted in his appointment as the Executive Vice Chairman of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd on 3 June 2013.
    Datuk holds a Diploma in Business Management from University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. He is a director of Iskandar Investment Berhad and Chairman of Design Development Centre Malaysia. He also holds directorships in several private limited companies.
